Weiss chocolates are manufactured using pure cocoa paste, sugar and pure cocoa butter. Recommendations : Store in a cupboard between 16°C and 19°C (do not exceed 21°C).
Without added vegetable oils, without preservatives or color additives, Weiss promises you a unique taste.
Secret of the aroma
The traditional roasting of the beans allows the aromas to release their full potential.
The art of joining
The Weiss chocolate masters combine beans of different sources and don’t hesitate to blend several cocoas in order to obtain a unique taste.
Conching, the last essential step, will give the chocolate it’s smoothness and finesse. During that stage, we proceed to add cocoa butter in order to obtain the best smoothness possible.
